This is the NOTICENINJA partner pricing — four partner-transactable packages (Starter → Professional), each an annual license plus a one-time onboarding & setup fee. Enterprise (10,000+ workflows, all 8 modules) is custom-quoted and co-sold with our team. The Data Validation Services package is required in year 1 — delivered by NOTICENINJA or by you; from year 2, opting out requires the client to accept self-service for data validation and exception management in-platform. Module mix determines the tier — 1 / 3 / 5 / 7 / all 8 across Starter → Enterprise; adding modules beyond a tier’s cap moves the client up. Your services are yours to scope, price, and keep.

Overage progression: $12 → $10 → $8 → $6 per workflow across the four partner packages. Annual workflow volume determines the minimum tier — Starter up to 500 workflows/yr, Growth up to 1,000, Scale up to 5,000, Professional up to 10,000; volumes above 10,000 are Enterprise — custom-quoted and co-sold. The volume bands are eligibility requirements, not suggestions. Starter is notices-only — Notice Workflow Automation powered by Kata™; Growth adds any two of the four core modules (POA/authorizations & TPA, refund check tracking, entity management/registration & dissolution, or Rate Exchange). Scale includes any four additional modules of your choice, including amended return tracking; the audit workflow and mail distribution & routing are available at Professional and above; reaching six or seven modules requires Professional; all eight is Enterprise (co-sell). Audit workflows are not counted toward the workflow allotment — Professional includes 200 audit workflows per year (Enterprise 500), with additional audits at $25 each; amended return workflows are $15 each beyond included allocations. Module mixes within a tier's count are flexible. Language translation scales by tier — 1 language on Starter, 25 on Growth, up to 50 on Scale, 75 on Professional (95 at Enterprise). Agency MFA phone service and Ninja eFax are $1,500/yr each on Starter, $1,200/yr each on Growth, and $900/yr each on Scale; the Ninja eSignature Suite is $1,200/yr on Starter and Growth, $900/yr on Scale, and included whenever POA is selected. All are included at Professional and Enterprise. Transcript downloads are coming soon. Ninja eFax includes 1,500 faxes per year on every tier; additional fax bundles are $100 per 100 faxes. Onboarding & setup is a one-time fee ($3K / $5K / $10K / $15K by tier; Enterprise $30K). Year-1 totals include the platform license, one-time onboarding & setup, and the paired Data Validation Services package (Basic / Basic / Core / Enhanced — $3K / $6K / $12K / $18K; Enterprise Full-service $45K); the package is required in year 1 — from year 2, opting out requires accepting self-service for data validation and exception management in-platform. *Ninja Refund Recovery™ is not included in any tier — it is a separate premium program: a platform fee (Enterprise platform, all 8 modules, Data Validation Services, MFA, eFax & eSignature included) plus 2% of the refund portfolio, with a three-year minimum term.
